Welcome to Coffee With Jesus—we’re drinking coffee, tea, and cocoa with our best friend Jesus—and you’re invited!

Most of us begin our day with a cup of coffee. What if we also began it by spending a few quiet moments with our Lord and Best Friend?

That’s what this website it all about.

That’s what our coffee mugs are all about too.

In short, we just want you to NOTICE Him… each day… every day… all day. He is our best friend, and He is always with us.

How We Do What We Do…

We do our ministry mostly with blogs, cartoons, caricatures, and short videos. Sometimes we even speak to small groups. Everything that we do are simple reminders that God is not distant. He is present in ordinary life—in conversations, interruptions, joys, disappointments, beautiful mornings, and even difficult moments. The more we learn to notice Jesus, the more we discover that very little in life is truly coincidental or accidental.

He Said It! We Believe It…

As Catholics, we believe Jesus meant what He said: “For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink." (John 6:55)

And: “Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you." (John 6:53)

These are not our words. They belong to Jesus—He spoke them. And they are the foundation for our plea to the world around us to NOTICE Jesus today… in the ordinary things of the day.

The Foundation…

Coffee With Jesus is rooted in the beautiful Catholic belief that Jesus is truly present with us—not only in the Eucharist, but also in the countless ordinary moments through which He speaks, guides, comforts, and gently calls us closer to Himself.

Matthew Kelly would probably call them “Holy Moments.”

Through short reflections, humor, inspiration, cartoons, stories, and everyday observations, our hope is simple:

To help people NOTICE God more often.

So grab a cup of coffee, take a deep breath, and spend a few moments with Jesus. NOTICE him from the first moments of your day. If you do, you might soon discover that He has been walking beside you all along.
